Is joint pain affecting mobility?
The Good Boost Aqua programme is designed to help improve the symptoms of joint pain.
Good Boost is a water-based rehabilitation programme designed to be fun and beneficial for people with various musculoskeletal conditions. This includes individual tablet computers and artificial intelligence to provide clients with a personalised aqua workout designed to help with MSK conditions and improve mobility, balance, and fitness.

Professionals are asked to provide clear information on why the service will benefit the patient’s existing *MSK condition.
*Clients must be currently inactive to be eligible.
