Active Ageing
Keep Active community sessions
We run weekly ‘Keep Active’ sessions to encourage physical activity for the over 55’s.
All sessions focus on a chance to socialise and, where possible, refreshments such as tea & coffee may be provided by the centre.
You can view the weekly timetable and class descriptions below!
Sessions include Leisure Club, Low Impact Aerobics, Zumba Gold, Walking Football, Walking Netball and Together Groups.
Booking is not always needed for these sessions, but if you prefer to book – the easiest way to do it is by downloading and using the Abbeycroft APP.
