In this role you will confidently lead and oversee Abbeycroft’s Teen Chill sessions resulting in positive community outcomes. To support, engage, and empower young people to reach their full potential by providing guidance, mentorship, and access to positive opportunities. This role directly contributes to the organisation’s mission by improving outcomes for young people, strengthening community wellbeing, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. In these roles you will deliver a broad range of outdoor activities in sessions for our Outdoor Explore programme. You must be mindful to meet high standards of customer care and health and safety, maintaining a duty of care whilst providing a positive and memorable experience.
