Abbeycroft At Home FAQ’s

I can no longer access classes

From the 17 January, you will no longer have free access to our live stream classes or be able to watch our on-demand classes. If you have an Abbeycroft At Home membership you will need to sign in to your account with your login details to access all of our future classes on the app.

How often is the on-demand library updated?

We upload yesterday’s live classes the following day into the on-demand library, under the collection ‘catch-up on lives’, where you will see the last 10 classes displayed.

I can't find a class in the catch-up section

If you can’t find a particular class, or you can’t find one from a few days ago, we move the lives from the catch-up on lives section to the collection for that genre the following day. For example the Legs, Bums & Tums collection.

We can only store 10 classes in each folder so new ones will continuously be uploaded, replacing older ones.
